June 8, 2021Brian Flanagan did an OUTSTANDING job explaining the whole Medicare process in a manner of which my husband and I could understand! My husband was all signed up by the first of the month, then fell ill 2 weeks later and was hospitalized twice within a 2 week period. I was feeling overwhelmed with everything happening to my husband, so I called Brian for assistance. Brian was very responsive and helpful and he walked us through everything to expect going forward. He was there for us the whole time and helped in giving us a much needed piece of mind throughout the whole ordeal.
